I am a qualified L3 Personal Trainer, GP Exercise Referral Specialist, Chronic Back Pain Specialist , L4 Cardiac Rehab Trainer, Pre & Post Natal and Menopause trained. I take a long term, wholistic approach to physical health. I don't believe in fad or extreme diets or quick fixes. We will work together to achieve your fitness goals looking at a healthy balanced nutrition and exercise. I suffer from chronic pain myself so I am experienced in creating plans to help with pain management and rehabilitation.
Seatacise
Seatacise is an exercise class specifically for people who cannot attend a normal exercise class. If you have restricted mobility or problems with balance we exercise using chairs to create stability and then get to work on strengthening the muscles that will help you get mobile and deal with pain management.
Gym Classes
Group exercise classes are such a fun way to work out and I love teaching them. I teach HIIT Step, Legs, bums & tums, Aqua, Trigger Point Pilates, Spin &Stretch & Tone. Working out with friends is a wonderful motivation tool and if you are new to exercise the supportive environment is a brilliant introduction. If you have any mobility or injuries don't worry I will adapt all the exercises for you. I teach at 2 members only gyms in Preston so please get in touch if you want to know more.
